RETURNS + EXCHANGES

ONLINE RETURNS:

  • Humble Honey Boutique happily accepts returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer refunds.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags still attached.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of the date that you received your shipment.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • All items should be returned using a shipping box or bag.
  • Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card via email for the purchase price of the item, less shipping costs.
  • All sale items, jewelry, exchanges, mystery bags, and headwear are FINAL SALE.
  • Items that smell of detergent, cigarette smoke, or have visible wear will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • All items that fail to meet the return policy are subject to denial or a 10% restocking fee.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed after it has been marked as delivered.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

  • Humble Honey Boutique is not responsible for damaged or defective items past our 10 day return policy. Please check your order as soon as it’s received! If the item is still in stock, you have the option to exchange or return for store credit in the form of a gift card via email. Items that are no longer in stock will receive store credit only.

    HOW TO START A RETURN:

    • Please send a return request to: contact@humblehoneyboutique.com

    • Write "RETURN" in the subject line.

    • Please include your order number and a brief message regarding the item(s) you wish to return so we can better assist you.

    • If your request meets our return policy guidelines, a return label will be sent to you via email.


    EXCHANGES:

    • Exchanges are only able to be processed for the same item.

    • Only one exchange per item is accepted.

    • If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, credit will be issued in the form of a gift card via email for the amount paid, less shipping cost. 

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • Humble Honey Boutique does not offer price adjustments after an order has been placed.

    • Online order contents cannot be changed once the order has been placed. If the order has not shipped, it can be canceled and a new order can then be placed.
