SHIPPING INFO

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

  • Please contact your local post office or delivery service if your package has been lost or stolen. If the package is unable to be found, please reach out to us at contact@humblehoneyboutique.com. We will provide to you the order and tracking information required to file a claim. 

  • We will happily work with you in order to replace your package after a copy of your filed police report is received.

  • Humble Honey Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

  • Humble Honey Boutique is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages shown as delivered. 

  • Any packages returned as undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. However, we strive to ship all orders by the next business day!

  • If you have not received tracking after 4 business days, please contact us at contact@humblehoneyboutique.com. If you have it, please include your order number so we can better assist you.

    TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:

    • Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking and other order information.

    • Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to update.

    • If tracking has not updated after 24 hours, please contact us at contact@humblehoneyboutique.com. Don't forget to include your order or tracking number in your message so we can better assist you.
